Refund Policy

100% refund of booking total (minus any credit card fees) up to 10 days before delivery. If Owner receives notice of cancellation 9-6 days before the beginning of the Rent Term, 50% of the Reservation Deposit will be refunded. 5 days or less, there will be no refund of Reservation Deposit.
